Because the majority of Brenaluvsu products are custom-made, personalized, or produced specifically for each customer, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or order transfers on merchandise once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review all names, spelling, sizes, colors, quantities, personalization details, and design selections before submitting your order. Brenaluvsu is not responsible for errors in information provided or approved by the customer.

Orders and payments are non-transferable. Payments, deposits, credits, and orders may not be transferred to another person, product, event, team, organization, or future order.

If Brenaluvsu makes an error in the production of your order or you receive a defective item, you must contact orders@brenaluvsu.com within 3 days after receiving your order. Send as many pictures/videos as possible. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, correct or replace the affected item.

Colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, garment materials, printing methods, and manufacturer variations. These differences are not considered defects.

Orders production and shipping. Most orders are ready to ship within approximately 3 business days. Please allow up to 3–7 business days for production. Shipping time is additional and based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Bulk order shipping is communicated in invoice.
